Energy Searcher suspends drilling offshore Nigeria

Northern Offshore says its drillship Energy Searcher has experienced technical problems with control hoses to its BOP while on duty offshore Nigeria.

HOUSTON – Northern Offshore says its drillship Energy Searcher has experienced technical problems with control hoses to its BOP while on duty offshore Nigeria.

Repairs are under way and are expected to be completed soon, allowing operations to resume within two weeks.
