OSLO, Norway – AGR has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Independent Oil & Gas PLC (IOG) to work together to deliver well construction and project management services for IOG’s forthcoming drilling in the UK North Sea.
Next year, AGR will work with IOG on IOG’s proposed drilling program on Cronx, subject to IOG completing the Cronx acquisition.
