DUNLEER, Ireland – Suretank has completed delivery of a fleet of cargo carrying units to OAG Offshore Rentals Ltd in Cyprus.
The equipment consisted of mud cutting skips, half-height containers, mini-containers, boat-shaped skips, and cargo baskets – all headed for the rapidly emergingEastern Mediterranean offshore market.
Gabe McArdle, export sales manager for Suretank, says, "Prospective gas fields such as the recently discovered Leviathan reservoir in the East Mediterranean are driving demand for Suretank’s engineered solutions, including our DNV 2.7-1 offshore tanks and cargo carrying units.”
Last year, OAG supplied products to a number of high-profile customers, notably in the Eastern Mediterranean region. These included units to companies such asHalliburton, Schlumberger, and Noble Energy International. OAG also has projects planned with Kosmos Energy.
