KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – Husky-CNOOC Madura has issued a letter of intent to Bumi Armada Offshore Holdings Ltd. for a leased FPSO.
This will operate on theMadura BD field development offshore Indonesia, 65 km (40.3 mi) east of Surabaya and 16 km (9.9 mi) south of Madura Island.
The contract value is $1.18 billion over a 10-year period, with options for five annual extensions worth an additional $147 million.
