HOUSTON – Zadok Technologies reports that it is one of the first US companies to adopt the CompEx training and certification of its employees. CompEx (competency in explosive atmospheres) is a nationally recognized course and qualification for inspectors and technicians operating in explosive atmospheres.

“Although CompEx training and certification is not yet required in the US, Zadok Technologies anticipated over five years ago that such training would be required,” said Brian Cook, president of Zadok Technologies. “We recognized in advance how important it is to have an official certification process for our inspectors and technicians entering hazardous zones, and, over the last five years, have been investing in our employees to be CompEx trained and certified.”
