Rosneft enters two offshore MOUs

MOSCOW – Rosneft President Igor Sechin has signed two offshore exploration agreements at the World Petroleum Congress.

The company has confirmed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with PetroVietnam Oil Corp. that could lead to joint exploration of blocks 125 and 126 offshoreVietnam.

Additionally, Sechin and Nelson Ocuane, president ofMozambique state oil company ENH, signed an MOU concerning joint bids in Mozambique’s forthcoming hydrocarbons exploration and production licensing rounds.
