MONACO – SBM Offshore says it is in dialogue with Petrobras regarding participation in the upcoming Tartaruga Verde and Libra project tenders offshore Brazil.
The contractor says it committed significant resources to bidding activities and is seeking clarification, legal and otherwise, over its potential exclusion from both tenders.
