HOUSTON –TMK IPSCO, the American division of global pipe manufacturer TMK, has signed a full-line distribution agreement for oil country tubular goods (OCTGs) with Sooner Pipe LLC.
TMK products include a range of seamless and welded tubular products including oil and gas drill pipe, well casing and tubing, line pipe, large-diameter pipe, standard pipe, hollow structural sections, and related services. TMK also manufactures connections for oil and natural gas drilling and production under the TMK UP brand name.
Sooner maintains a large on-the-ground inventory, providing the flexibility to fill customer orders for pipe from stock or from manufacturers.
