Offshore staff
CALGARY, Canada – An exploration well has spudded on the Muridava prospect in the Romanian sector of the Black Sea, according to operator Sterling Resources.
Muridava-1, which is expected to take two months to complete, is on the same geological trend as the offshore Olimpiyskaya and Eugenia gas discoveries, with targets in three formations. An exploration well should follow on the Luceafarul block early next year.
