LONDON – EnQuest has completed the acquisition of Centrica’s UK North Sea Greater Kittiwake Area (GKA) assets, and its 100% interest in the Kittiwake to Forties oil export pipeline.
The GKA includes the producing Kittiwake, Mallard, Gadwall, Goosander, and Grouse fields.
EnQuest first announced the transaction last October.
