Offshore staff
NEW DELHI, India – ONGC Videsh (OVL) has signed a production sharing contract (PSC) with Oil India Ltd. (OIL) for two shallow-water exploration blocks, SS-09 and SS-04, in the Bay of Bengal of Bangladesh.
Previously, OVL and OIL formed a 50/50 consortium and participated in the Bangladesh Offshore Bidding Round 2012, in which they were awarded the two shallow-water blocks.
