Offshore staff
LONDON – Petrofac and Taleveras Energy Resources Ltd. will provide financial, technical, and capacity and capability building support for Nigerian Petroleum Development Co. Ltd.’s (NPDC’s) offshore block OML119.
The agreement involves a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation with NPDC to explore additional options that will further build NPDC’s indigenous capacity and technical capabilities. The MOU is part of the ongoing promotion of Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development legislation.
