LEIDSCHENDAM, the Netherlands –Fugro is acquiring Advanced Geomechanics Pty. Ltd., a consulting company based in Perth, Australia, that provides geotechnical and geophysical engineering and consulting services to the oil and gas sector in Australia and globally.
Advanced Geomechanics will become part of Fugro’s global GeoConsultancy practice, which will allow the acquired company to further internationalize its business. Completion of the acquisition is expected before the end of the year.
