LONDON – Aminex subsidiary Ndovu Resources expects to conclude negotiations soon with the Tanzanian Petroleum Development Corp. (TPDC) regarding its shallow-water Kiliwani North gas field.
TPDC has agreed to finance construction of a tie-in line to the field from the new gas processing plant being built on Songo-Songo Island.
Production fromKiliwani North will now be metered and sold directly at wellhead, reducing Ndovu’s operating expenditures to maintain the tie-in line.
