NEW ORLEANS – Freudenberg Oil & Gas has changed its name to Freudenberg Oil & Gas Technologies. The updated name debuts today at the opening of the Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition of the Society for Petroleum Engineers.
“We felt a slight adjustment to our company name would better reflect what we bring to the market as a sealing technologies and solutions provider,” says Richard T. Schmidt, president and CEO. “By adding ‘Technologies’ we are highlighting the technical solution and material development capabilities that are a core part of our focus and business strategy to serve the upstream oil and gas industry.”
