Latest Jaya PSV supports Far East fracturing job

SINGAPOREJaya Holdings has delivered the deepwater platform supply vessel (PSV) Jaya Valour.

The vessel has started its maiden voyage under a long-term charter to an existing client performing a fracturing program in Southeast Asia.

Jaya Valour is one of four newbuild Jaya PSVs, of which three currently have charter contracts with a combined value of more than $60 million, including optional extension periods.

The newly delivered PSV features more than 1,000 sq m (10,764 sq ft) of clear deck space, firefighting capability, DP-2, and accommodation for 60 personnel.

It can carry 5,500 tons of cargo deadweight and to load, process, and deliver specialized fracturing proppants to stimulate production from offshore oil and gas wells.

Jaya Holdings owns and operates more than 25offshore vessels working across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and West Africa on charter to oil companies and offshore services contractors.
