PARIS – Petrobras’ subsidiary PNBV has awarded a Technip/Techint consortium a contract for topside construction and integration, commissioning, and start-up assistance on the FPSO P-76 in presalt Santos basin offshore Brazil.
Thefacility will produce 180,000 b/d of oil and 7 MMcm/d (247 MMcf/d) of gas.
Technip (PARIS:TEC) in Rio de Janeiro will perform the project management, engineering and procurement. The 24,000-ton module fabrication, integration, and commissioning will be performed in Techint’s yard in southern Brazil. The project is scheduled to be completed by mid-2017.
