Offshore staff
SAO TOME, Sao Tome and Principe – SINOANGOL Co. Ltd. has applied to the National Petroleum Agency of Sao Tome and Principe for direct negotiations on an award of acreage in offshore Economic Exclusive Zone block 2.
According to the state operations regulations, the government is announcing receipt of the application and inviting other interested applicants to declare any interest and to establish technical and financial capability to explore the block.
Any such application has to be submitted by April 26.
