Partnership to develop Middle East diver training

SHARJAH, UAE – Unique System FZE is teaming with the UK’s National Hyperbaric Centre (NHC) to develop a training center and training courses in the UAE.

NHC has served the diving industry for more than 25 years through provision of training, testing, hyperbaric facilities, and decompression studies.

The partners will devise courses for the new purpose-built training center at Unique’s premises at the Hamriyah Free Zone in Sharjah. On completion of the course and passing an exam, students will receive either a certificate of participation from NHC or an IMCA- or OGP-recognized certification from the relevant authority.

Courses to be offered will include IMCA Air Diving Supervisor, IMCA Assistant Life Support Technician, IMCA Bell/Gas Diving Supervisor, OGP Client Representative, Dive Technician, IMCA Diver Medic, Diver Medic Refresher, Diving Systems Auditing and Assurance, and Subsea Rigging and Lifting.
