Offshore staff
BEIRUT, Lebanon – The Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water and the Petroleum Administration will have the formal launch of the country’s first-ever offshore leasing round on April 30.
The event is to present the licensing strategy, offshore blocks, regulatory framework, model exploration and production agreement, and tender protocol.
It is scheduled for the Phoenicia Intercontinental Hotel in Beirut.
Preparations have been under way for several months withprequalification and a data room.
