IHS reports CEO succession plans

IHS Inc. (NYSE: HIS) announced its long-term planned management succession, with current president and COO Scott Key assuming the role of president and CEO, effective June 1, 2013.

ENGLEWOOD, Colorado– IHS Inc. (NYSE: IHS) announced its long-term planned management succession, with current president and COO Scott Key assuming the role of president and CEO, effective June 1, 2013.

Jerre Stead, current chairman and CEO, will become executive chairman, also effective June 1. Michael Armstrong will continue in his position as lead independent director of the IHS board of directors.
