    ADTI to manage North Sea Stella drilling program

    Ithaca Energy (TSX: IAE; AIM: IAE) has contracted Applied Drilling Technology International (ADTI) for work on the Greater Stella Area (GSA) project in the UK central North Sea.

    CALGARY, Canada – Ithaca Energy (TSX: IAE; AIM: IAE) has contracted Applied Drilling Technology International (ADTI) for work on the Greater Stella Area (GSA) project in the UK central North Sea.

    Transocean subsidiary ADTI will manage development drilling and completion operations. Drilling is expected to start later this spring using the heavy-duty jackupEnsco 100.

    Four wells will be drilled and completed on the Stella field prior to start-up of production. Each should take around 80-90 days to drill, complete, and clean-up test.
