ASKER, Norway – TGS (OSLO: TGS) has started a new 2D multi-client survey using the M/V Geo Arctic offshore Sierra Leone.
The SL13 program will add 9,191 km (5,711 mi) of new 2D data to infill the 5,784 km (3,594 mi) of 2D data acquired in 2001.
On completion, TGS will have about15,000 km (9,320 mi) of contiguous 2D data and 6,268 sq km (2,420 sq mi) of 3D data taken offshore Sierra Leone. The company will process the data, which should be available to clients this fall.
