ABERDEEN, UK – Premier Oil has awarded Bond Offshore Helicopters a three-year contract for crew change flights in the UK North Sea.
Services started earlier this month using a new Sikorsky S-92 aircraft, the first of its type that Bond has operated out of Aberdeen. It was registered in Norway last month, before being flown to the UK.
The new aircraft will be operated under an arrangement with Bond’s sister company Norsk Helikopterservice.
Premier has interests in nine producing fields and in numerouscurrent and future development projects in the UK North Sea.
