GALVESTON, Texas –This week at the Topsides, Platforms & Hulls Conference & Exhibition in Galveston, Texas, Bluebeam Software is exhibiting its Revu solution for digitizing communications between offshore and onshore teams.

Demonstrations will be shown by Bluebeam from Feb. 5-7 at the exhibition at the Moody Gardens Convention Center.

Revu is a platform for managing and annotating P&IDs electronically. It also can be used for turnaround and shutdown procedures, line walks, and leak tests.

Bluebeam says Revu can be used to review and comment on P&IDs using PDF markups including text, highlights, and pen marks to show isolation boundary lines and to record tank pressure, temperature and related items.

Bluebeam adds that the system can auto-number sequence markups; track communications by showing the annotation author, date and time; change the status of markups to record valves as open or closed; assemble test packs by combining P&IDs, specs, and checklists in a single PDF file; and store files online for real-time collaboration among team members and to make P&IDs available on a tablet PC or iPad.
