Cyprus confirms offshore block award

Delek Drilling and Avner Oil Exploration have signed a production-sharing contract with Noble Energy for block 12 offshore Cyprus.

TEL AVIV, Israel – Delek Drilling and Avner Oil Exploration have signed a production-sharing contract with Noble Energy for block 12 offshore Cyprus.

Noble will operate with a 70% interest, with the other two companies each assigned 15%.
