Noble sells two jackup offshore drilling rigs

ZUG, Switzerland –Noble Corp. (NYSE:NE) has entered two separate agreements to sell two jackup rigs.

TheNoble Lewis Duggerwill go to Goimar S.A. de C.V. in Mexico for $61 million early in 2013 upon completion of a current contract with Pemex.

TheNoble Don Walker will go to Axxis Petroconsultants Ltd. In Nigeria for $18 million with the closing expected early next year. The rig is cold stacked in Cameroon.
