    Third well under way at South Pars Phase 14

    Drilling has started of a third appraisal well at the South Pars Phase 14 project offshore Iran.

    TEHRAN, Iran – Drilling has started of a third appraisal well at the South Pars Phase 14 project offshore Iran.

    Contractor Pars Oil and Gas Co. (POGC) plans to drill four appraisal wells, two of which have been completed, according to Iranian new service Shana.

    Phase 14 calls for drilling of 22 development wells, under a contract between POGC and National Iranian Drilling Co.
