STOCKHOLM, Sweden – PA Resources (PAR) is evaluating the further potential of the Zarat permit offshore Tunisia, based on a recently reprocessed seismic cube.
The permit terms have been extended to July 2015, with a commitment for one appraisal well on theElyssa field and one exploration well elsewhere.
Interpretation continues of new 3D seismic data over Elyssa field, which should be completed before year-end, ahead of next year’s appraisal drilling.
PAR has initiated a farm-out process in the Zarat license and is in discussions with various interested parties.
