Offshore staff
OSLO, Norway – Norwegian independent Rocksource has decided to reorganize its corporate structure to meet its growth objectives.
All the company’s licenses, related assets, contracts, and personnel will be transferred to a fully owned subsidiary of Rocksource ASA.
There should be no impact on the company’s overall activity offshore Norway, which remains its main focus. The reorganization should take place at the end of the year, subject to approval from Norwegian authorities.
