EMAS AMC wins more subsea work offshore Vietnam

The Petroleum Technical Services Corp. Mechanical and Construction has awarded a $47-million contract to EMAS AMC to transport and install facilities for the Dua field offshore Vietnam.

SINGAPORE –The Petroleum Technical Services Corp. Mechanical and Construction has awarded a $47-million contract to EMAS AMC to transport and install facilities for the Dua field offshore Vietnam. Work is scheduled to begin in 3Q 2012.

Dua is to be developed as a subsea tieback toChim Sao field.

The scope of work includes transportation and installation-engineering, testing, inspection, offshore installation, and commissioning of subsea flowlines,

structures, risers, and umbilicals. The work will be inblock 12W.
