    Positive signs from ongoing wells offshore Norway

    Det norske oljeselskap says there are indications of hydrocarbons in two potentially high-impact exploration wells currently drilling offshore Norway.

    TRONDHEIM, Norway – Det norske oljeselskap says there are indications of hydrocarbons in two potentially high-impact exploration wells currently drilling offshore Norway.

    One is on theSalina prospect in license PL 533 in the Barents Sea, where Det norske has a 20% interest. Eni Norge is the operator.

    The other is on theGarantiana prospect in PL 554, where Det norske has a 20% interest. Total E&P Norge is the operator.
