Offshore staff
SINGAPORE –CPHL (Cambodia) Co. Ltd. has signed a drilling environmental impact assessment contract with International Environmental Management Co. Ltd. and SAWAC Consultants for Development Co. Ltd. covering a concession offshore Cambodia in block D.
The assessment is expected to take six months, after which CPHL can begin to drill if it gets approval from the Cambodian Ministry of Environment.
