T.D.Williamson strengthens Caspian support

Offshore staff

ATYRAU, Kazakhstan – T.D. Williamson (TDW) has opened an office in Kazakhstan to inaugurate its first permanent presence in the country.

This follows the establishment in February of TDW Kazakhstan LLP, which is providing hot tapping and plugging services to local oil and gas clients, in addition to selling cleaning pigs, RES-Q composite wrap, and PIG-SIG pig passage indicators.

TDW says there are few suppliers of pipeline maintenance and repair technologies established in the area.

Next year the company aims to add a local service center in Kazakhstan. Over time, the Atyrau branch will be used to develop operations throughout the Caspian region.
