NOIA expands, reorganizes staff

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) has expanded and reorganized its staff to better serve its members. Under the leadership of NOIA President Randall Luthi, NOIA’s staff directors are now vice presidents and department heads.

The reorganized NOIA staff is as follows:
