Offshore staff
OSLO, Norway – Statoil (OSE:STL; NYSE:STO) has issued a letter of intent to AF Gruppen for a crane contract in the Norwegian North Sea.
The $16.6 million-plus contract involves refurbishment and rebuilding of 15 electrical overhead traveling cranes on the Gullfaks A and C platforms. Construction is due to be completed in April 2015.
