BATAM ISLAND, Indonesia – Premier Oil Natuna Sea has awarded PT SMOE Indonesia and PT Rajawali Swiber Cakrawala a $175-million construction contract for the Naga/Pelikan project offshore Indonesia.

This calls for engineering and construction of two wellhead platforms, two infield subsea pipelines, and modifications to an existing facility.
