RIO DE JANEIRO – OGX Petróleo e Gás Participações S.A. (OGX) has appointed Luiz Eduardo Guimarães Carneiro as CEO. Carneiro has more than 30 years of experience in the oil industry. He was previously CEO of OSX.
He succeeds Paulo Mendonça, who is now special advisor to the chairman of EBX Group.
