Offshore staff
MELBOUNE, Australia – Oil Basins Ltd. (ASX:OBL) has transferred 7.5% of offshore permit VIC/P41 to Strategic Energy Resources Ltd. (ASX:SER).
The permit is in the Gippsland basin offshore Victoria, Australia.
Ownership now is Bass Strait Oil Co. Ltd (ASX:BAS), 45%; operator Moby Oil & Gas Ltd (ASX:MOG), 25%; Strategic Energy Resources Ltd., 17.5%; and Oil Basins Ltd., 12.5%.
