Endeavour increases stake in North Sea Alba oil field

Endeavour International (NYSE:END; LSE:ENDV) has completed its acquisition of an additional 23.43% interest in the Alba oil field in the UK central North Sea from ConocoPhillips.

HOUSTON – Endeavour International (NYSE:END; LSE:ENDV) has completed its acquisition of an additional 23.43% interest in the Alba oil field in the UK central North Sea from ConocoPhillips. The acquisition lifts Endeavour’s interest to 25.68%.

Chevron operates Alba oil field, a late Eocene reservoir in block 16/26a that has been producing since 1994.
