Axon Energy Products to acquire DOYLES

HOUSTON– Axon Energy Products AS has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets and existing business of DOYLES, through its subsidiary Axon Pressure Products.
The transaction is expected to close on or before June 30, 2012.
