UTEC assists Middle East offshore pipeline survey

HOUSTON -- UTEC Survey’s Maridive 515 vessel is supporting a pipeline survey in the Arabian Gulf.

The 55-m (180-ft) long vessel, built in 2009, was mobilized in the UAE region in early April. It is equipped with a full analog survey spread and onboard processing, and is currently committed through June.

UTEC’s 50-m (164-ft) air diving vessel HD Independence has been working in the Gulf of Guinea off West Africa, in a project expected to be completed this month.

It is fitted with an analog survey and geotechnical spread.
