Havyard contracts further PSV hull from Turkish yard

Cemre Shipyard has delivered its 20th platform supply vessel, Vestland Mira, to Norwegian contractor Havyard Group, on behalf of Vestland Offshore.

YALOVA, Turkey – Cemre Shipyard has delivered its 20thplatform supply vessel, Vestland Mira, to Norwegian contractor Havyard Group, on behalf of Vestland Offshore.

The 4,300-dwt vessel is 86 m (282 ft) long, with a breadth of 17.6 m (58 ft).

Havyard has contracted Cemre to supply the hull for a further vessel, based on the Havyard 857 design.

The 4,750-metric ton (5,236-ton) dwt vessel will have an overall length of 110 m (361 ft); a breadth of 22 m (72 ft); a deck area of 1,000 sq m (10,764 sq ft); accommodation for 106 personnel; and a speed of 14.5 knots.
