CALGARY, Canada – Sterling Resources Netherlands has been awarded a 50% interest in two exploration licenses in the Dutch North Sea.
License E3 and F1 each cover 396 sq km (153 sq mi) in the northern part of the Dutch sector. Wintershall Noord Zee is the operator.
Both concessions carry a four-year term, with a commitment to acquire around 600 sq km (232 sq mi) of 3D seismic.
