Potential suitor for Bowleven

ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan – Dragon Oil confirms that it is in the early stages of a potential offer for the share capital of Bowleven.

In accordance with Rule 2.6 (a) of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Dragon must state its intentions by March 16.

Bowleven is a UK-based independent with exploration interests offshore Cameroon.
