Pharaonic adds offshore Egypt gas producer

CAIRO – Pharaonic Petroleum Co. has drilled a new gas production well in its Mediterranean concession offshore Egypt.

The West ATEN-7 well cost $25 million, and was drilled by the CONST-11 rig to a depth of 17,303 ft (5,274 m).
