Gas flowing from latest deepwater WDDM phase offshore Egypt

READING, UK – BG Group says production has started from the second stage of the West Delta Deep Marine (WDDM) Concession Phase 7 in the Egyptian sector of the Mediterranean Sea.

The program, operated by Burullus, involved adding onshore gas receiving facilities, five new compressors and a new power plant.
