Offshore staff
PARIS – Technip and DSME will jointly supply a fixed wellhead and process platform and associated facilities for DONG E&P’s Hejre field development in the Danish North Sea.
The contract scope covers engineering, procurement, fabrication, hook-up, and commissioning assistance.
The platform, which will feature an 11,500-ton topsides supported by a 6,500-ton jacket, is designed to process high-pressure/high-temperature hydrocarbons fluids at up to 76 MMcf/d of gas and 35,000 b/d of oil. Additionally it will incorporate living quarters to accommodate 70 people.
Technip’s operating center in Paris will manage the contract, with support from offices in Chennai and Mumbai, India. The jacket and wellhead unit should be delivered in 2014, and the topsides and living quarters in 2015.
