Transocean executive VP, CFO steps down

ZUG, Switzerland – Transocean has announced that Ricardo Rosa has stepped down as executive VP and CFO. Rosa is expected to retire from Transocean on April 30, 2012.

Until a permanent replacement is named, Gregory L. Cauthen will serve as interim CFO. Cauthen was CFO of the company from December 2001 to August 2009.
