Anadarko to use FMC subsea systems on Lucius

HOUSTON – Anadarko Petroleum Corp. has tagged FMC Technologies Inc. to supply subsea systems and life-of-field services for the Lucius project in the Gulf of Mexico.

FMC’s scope of work includes supply of five subsea production trees and two manifolds with deliveries to start in 4Q 2012.

Lucius is 275 mi southeast of Galveston, Texas, in Keathley Canyon block 875. Water depth is 7,100 ft (2,160 m).
